Tof1 Oxygen Not Included Joint Plate Leak Fix
Building a joint plate though a wall of insulated tile will cause a noticeable amount of heat to leak though. In heat sensitive areas, build the plate from gold amalgam and avoid immersing the plate in liquids. Deconstruct the tile diagonal to the joint plate, causing the liquid to fall. (joint plate must be first before deconstructing the tile if there's no liquid in its cell. ) Fix for davkas' insulated joint plate mod.
Hi all, i need to use a joint plate but heat is leaking through it (not unexpected but i didnt realise it would be quite that conductive). Does anyone have any images they can share about how they handle it? A) first of all, make sure that your game really uses the latest version of the mod. Use the mod updater to force the game to update mods. B) then please open an issue on the github [github. com] and remember to attach the game logs. There is a mod that allows building insulated joint plates, works quite nicely and saves the hassle of doing the two joint plates in a vacuum trick.
